Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Abeesha. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards for our health-related products.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  2. To cancel, contact us immediately atabenterprises1911@gmail.com / 63697 82187 with your order details.
  3. If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.

After Shipment

  1. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


2. Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our health products:

  1. We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
  2. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
  3. Wrong product delivered
  4. Damaged product received
  5. Expired product delivered

Any other reason (change of mind, taste preference, etc.) is not eligible for return.

3. Return Request Window

Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing abenterprises1911@gmail.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos of the product
  3. Mandatory unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Requests raised after the allowed window may be rejected.


4. Refund Process

Once the return request is approved:

  1. Refund will be processed within [5–7 business days].
  2. Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery :

  1. Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting customer details.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Product opened or used
  2. No unboxing proof for damage claims
  3. Wrong address provided by customer
  4. Delivery attempt failed due to customer unavailability
  5. Minor packaging wear without product damage

6. Shipping Charges

  1. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  2. In case of approved damaged/wrong product, we will bear the replacement shipping cost.

7. Health Product Notice

As our products fall under the health and consumable category, we maintain strict quality control. Products once sold are generally not eligible for return unless they meet the valid conditions mentioned above.
