1. Order Processing Time

  1. All orders are processed within [1–2 business days] after payment confirmation.
  2. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  3. In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  1. Tamil Nadu: [2–4 business days]
  2. South India: [3–6 business days]
  3. Rest of India: [4–8 business days]

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, and unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight/value.
  2. We may offer free shipping on some products (if applicable).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  1. You will receive a tracking ID via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.
  2. Customers can track their order using the provided tracking link.

5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery delays or additional charges may apply. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery [2–3 times]. If the order is returned to us:

  1. Re-shipping charges may apply, or
  2. The order may be cancelled as per our refund policy.

6. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a package that is:

  1. Damaged
  2. Opened
  3. Tampered

Do not accept the delivery.

If already accepted, contact us within 24 hours at abenterprises1911@gmail.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Unboxing video (recommended)
  3. Photos of the package

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.


7. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India. However, delivery availability depends on courier serviceability in your area.
